November 3, 2022: Planet Zoo celebrated its third birthday, Update 1.11. December 1, 2022: Update 1.12 was announced to come on 13 December!. December 2, 2022: The Nine-Banded Armadillo, Maned Wolf, Emu, Caracal, Red-Necked Wallaby, Striped Hyena, Blue Wildebeest, Cloudless Sulphur, European Peacock, Menelaus Blue Morpho, Monarch and Old World Swallowtail are revealed to be in a new " Grasslands Animal Pack" DLC!. A icon indicates that the species is part of an enrichment group, meaning the animals are enhanced by being together with other animals from the same group. The page will automatically adjust the list of animals you can add to it based on their habitat requirements. 
March 23, 2023: The Fossa, Lar Gibbon, Red River Hog, Asian Water Monitor and Brown-throated Sloth are revealed to be in a new " Tropical Pack" DLC alongside a new theme! Click on animals to select them for your habitat.
